• Press the button in the keychain in order to open or close the main door(please  do not stand near the door ,it works with phothocells . It ends us opening   constantly and not closing )
• The street lights, around the house and around the pool are automatic (they open and close by theirself)
• The lights of the corridor-staircase open from a switch upstairs and close from a switch inside the house(near the inside  door) and vice versa
• Οn the right at the pool entrance there is a switch which opens the hydromassage if you press it for 20''.In order to close it , you just press the same switch again.
• There is a outdoor shower with cold and hot water
• barbecue:  there is a side light for night time use of the grill and underneath it there a box full of coals
• On the left side of the staircase  near the barbeque there are two switches, one for the outside dinnertable light and one for the decorative light near the olive tree.
• Umbrellas:please keep them close every night and in case of strong winds
• Near the entrance , on the right side of the  house there is a closed space where you can find the washing machine
• Fan Coil-air conditioning:is automatic ,please when there is sunshine keep all door and windows closed.Otherwise the air conditioning system might get damaged. Possibilty of floor liquefaction.
• When using the shower in the downside main bathroom,please keep in mind that changing the water temperature is opposite of the usual
• Indoor  bathrooms: the bottom switch controls the water temperature, the switch obove it   the shower head and the rest control the hydromassage
• You don't need to close the shutters , there are double black- out curtains
• Please do not throw  paper inside the toilet(there are bins), it might cause drainage problems
